Susumu Araki (PCC)
He has been providing one on one coaching to management of Fortune 500 companies since 2006. He also delivers workshops on coaching to the management people.
He focuses Ontological coaching, which clarifies own values, identities and Being of the clients and thus he supports his clients to have satisfied personal and professional lives. He is also a master practitioner of Meditation with 30 years practices, so guides his clients to enhance their own awareness and find their own new possibilities.
He is also dedicated to the volunteer work to promote the importance of coaching in the society as certified coach of International Coach Federation.
He gave a presentation entitled Meditation Based Coaching at Asia Pacific Coach Conference in 2010, 2014 and 2017.
He was Vice-President of Asia Pacific Alliances of Coaches (2009 – 2011) and a member of ICF Tokyo Chapter Steering Committee (2008 to 2010).
He obtained M.S in Polymer Chemistry from Kyoto University Graduate School. He conducted research on materials at NTT Central Research. He Gained marketing and sales experiences, managed SBUs as General Manager and managed the Japanese organization of European MNC as COO.
He Completed business courses on corporate vision and corporate culture change (Stanford business school), on divisional management at IMD in Switzerland and on strategic planning at IESE in Spain. He also worked in UK and USA at Headquarters of MNC, which gave tremendous understanding of management.
He has rich expertise in corporate culture change, paradigm change, leadership development, team building and strategic planning. He provides consulting, seminars and executive coaching in the above field.

Atsuko Otsuki (ACC)
She has been providing 1:1 coaching to managers and executives in English and Japanese since 2016.
She offers a safe, supportive space where people reconnect with their ability to think clearly, choose confidently, and feel okay. After working as a system engineer and data center consultant at NTT East (Japanese telecommunications company), she earned an MBA from Wharton to shift into marketing. With over 10 years in branding, communication, and team development at US/French FMCG companies, she now helps clients clarify their needs and build meaningful collaboration in fast-paced environments. She was the Chair of Programs for Asia Pacific Alliances of Coaches (2023-2024). She is an ICF Certified Coach, Hogan Assessment certified coach and a Japan National Certified Career Consultant. Her clients describe her coaching as supportive, insightful, and empowering. Outside of coaching, she enjoys time with her dog, Alex.
